I came in order 6 tacos and I get home to 5 tacos one mission taco I drove back from home to hear that the gentleman been in the industry for 20years but told me he forgot to check the bag befor he handed to me. Step of service last person to hand the food to customer should always check the bag to make sure all food is there, napkins. He seem to forget with and empty restaurant please review steps of service with all workers Top OFF THE STORY THEY STOLE MY PHONE I LEFT IT AT BAR TABLE THEY GAVE IT TO THE HOST WHO THEN GAVE IT TO A WOMAN BLOCKS AWAY WHO WAS ABLE TO ANSWER THE RINGING PHONE AND I RECOVERED IT, IMAGINE GOING TO EAT AND MISSING THINGS IN THE ORDER AND STAFF ROBBING YOUR PHONE DONT GO HERE WORSE PLACE

My first visit to Miami was made unforgettable by Bolivar! It was the first restaurant we tried, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We literally got a little bit of everything to try, and I was "yumming" all the way, especially the tapas and appetizers — they were incredible! The food was delicious, prepared with care, and the drinks were on another level. The restaurant’s decor created an atmosphere that was truly out of this world. Juan Carlos treated us so kindly, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend

We came here on a Sunday night, only 3-4 tables of people and manager had to stand in front the restaurant to grab some business. The prices has gone up and portion has gone down compare to some menu photos from a few month ago. For example the combo plate by choice drop from 7 items to 6. Overall food tasted great, full of flavor, freshly made. Service was average, nothing special, as they default to 18% service charge pre tax.

I loved it. At first it was not busy, then suddenly everyone started coming in and had a full restaurant. The service was amazing, great attitude you could tell it was busy but that didn't stop them from smiling. It was a great team. We celebrated my husband's birthday and it was amazing. Food was good from appetizers to dessert. The atmosphere was great, from decor to music 🎶. Very affordable. Clean restaurant.

This place is absolutely amazing. The environment was amazing. The employees were amazing. The food was delicious. We tried other places to eat and this place by far beets all the other places. We will definitely being coming back to this place to eat again. The prices were the best out of all the other places. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Customer Service, Diego V. Literally got my attention as i was walking by and told me the tacos were to die for and… the tacos and burger were exactly that. The margaritas, the service, the quickness and quality of the food were worth it all, and all for a great and cheap price. Diego Villegas you were the GOAT.

We went there twice within two days stay in Miami Beach. We found that on our first day and we had a wonderful lunch. They have many options and the one that got a hold of us were the typical dishes from south America countries. It's going to be on my pictures for sure. Good service, excellent food and fair price.

Great vibe to draw you in and feel welcomed. Maria and company was a delight. The food was gorgeous visually and just as flavorsome. Columbian food that brings you into their culture with their authentic food, ingredients and style!
